Summary
4human is a company specializing in HR and quality management. Over time, as different companies joined the group, the brand identity became fragmented with each company bringing their own visual language, creating inconsistency across the organization.
The project's goal was to unify this fragmented identity into a cohesive brand that felt fresh while respecting the company's established visual foundations. This meant working within existing constraints like logos and core colors, rather than starting from scratch.
The challenge was finding the balance to create visual consistency across multiple comapnies without losing the barnd legacy. The redesign focused on creating a visual identity that gave 4human a more contemporary look and feel.
