

In this project, I took initiative to help the company define its strategy and refresh its visual identity to feel more clear and unified. Working closely with the stakeholders, we refined the mission, vision, and overall communication style. I also created handy templates for presentations, social media, stationery, and documents, plus worked on brand identity and a unified look for product presentations. On top of that, I designed materials for the app store and conferences to keep things consistent. There’s still some work left to do, especially around visual communication, but employees now have a solid resource bank and a clearer direction to guide how the brand looks and feels outside the company.
